How much is recurring pickup & delivery?

Recurring residential pickup & delivery is $2.30 per pound with a $40 minimum order and a $3.99 fuel surcharge.

How much is one-time pickup & delivery?

One-time residential pickup & delivery is $2.50 per pound with a $40 minimum order and a $3.99 fuel surcharge.

Can I request fragrance-free detergent or no bleach?

Yes. When setting up your LaundryRx profile, you can choose laundry preferences such as fragrance-free products or no bleach. One-time instructions can also be entered when scheduling a specific pickup.

How does LaundryRx pickup & delivery work?

Create an account and schedule a pickup online. LaundryRx collects your laundry, washes, dries, and folds it according to your preferences, then returns the clean, folded laundry to you.

Can I get my order rushed?

Yes. LaundryRx offers a rush service option. The additional rush service charge is $15.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No. LaundryRx does not require a long-term contract. You can use the service based on what works for your laundry needs.

LaundryRx provides pickup & delivery throughout Dedham, Hyde Park, Newton, West Roxbury, Brookline, and nearby communities.

Yes. Laundry preferences and special instructions can be accommodated, including preferences such as fragrance-free products and no bleach.

LaundryRx sends a text notification when your Wash & Fold order is ready.

Does LaundryRx handle comforters and larger items?

Yes. LaundryRx handles everyday laundry as well as individually priced items including comforters, sleeping bags, washable rugs, and shoes.
